Cauliflower and prawns


Starters tonight, February 28, 2018
A great Danish 80´s Appetiser dish, but actually quit delicious.
4-6 serving

1 whole cauliflower
1 ½ dl sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 a little black peber
1 tsp. paprika
3 spring onions
300 gr prawns
2 hard boiled eggs
4 cherry tomatoes

Boil the cauliflower head mildly in lite salt water approx. 12-15 min., Drain the water and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Stir sour cream with mayo, dijon, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and put them in the dressing. Put the cauliflower head on a dish, pour the dressing over and sprinkle with prawns, chopped eggs and chopped eggs. Decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes in both and serve with a piece of bread.
