Frikadelle with red cabbage

Classic danish open face sandwich - are on most every danish lunch table

  • 1 Frikadelle, warm or cold HUSK LINK
  • 1 Tablespoon pickled red cabbage
  • ½ piece of rye bread
  • butter

1) Butter the rye bread with a bit of butter, slice the frikadelle (meatball ) in a couple of slices and top the rye bread.

Add the red cabbage on top
