Oldschool paprika casserole

Old fashion Danish dish from the 80´s, dinner tonight March 6, 2018
Just so delicious , and old classic, but still good.

  • 3 onions, diced
  • 100 g bacon
  • 350 g porktenderloin , diced
  • 150 g cocktail sausages
  • 1,5 tbsp paprika
  • 140 can tomatpuré
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 dl heavy cream
  • Salt og peber
  • 250 g sliced mushrooms

Dice the onions and peppers . Sauté in oil. Add bacon . Then add to the pork tenderloin. Let it brown just a little bit. Add tomato puree, paprika and 2 deciliters of water. Let it stand and simmer 15 min on low to medium heat. Then add the cream, cocktail sausages and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer another 20 min. Serve with rice
