Baked sage breaded pork chops

Just delicious and juicy pork chop, very easy to make.

  • 57 g Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. Sage, grounded
  • 1 tsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise, Hellmann's Light
  • 1 stk Egg white
  • 450 g Pork loin chops, boneless (4 four-ounce)

1) Heat oven to 190 º ( 375 degrees F). Spray a 12" X 8" (2-quart) glass baking dish or shallow pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese and sage; mix well. In another shallow bowl, combine mayonnaise and egg white; beat until smooth.

2) Coat each pork chop with flour; dip each in mayonnaise mixture, coating both sides. Coat both sides of chops with bread crumb mixture. Place in sprayed baking dish. Spray each chop lightly with cooking spray.

3) Bake 35-40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
