  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 handful arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato , finely sliced
  • 2 whole wheat rolls
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
1) Boil the eggs till hard boiled , in the meantime in a bowl, mix together olive oil and a lot of black pepper ½ tbsp. add arugula and stir to all is covered set aside . Sliced tomato finely ,set aside.
2)
Spread mayo on each of the 4 half’s , on each bottom half, layer ; arugula , tomato, egg and Salmon, top half bread.
