Broiled pork chops

Easy - very easy to make a delicious pork chops dish, serve with green salad and rice
6 servings
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 6 pork chops
1) In a saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3)
Set aside half of the sauce.
4)
Place chops on broiling pan rack.
5)
Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side.
6)
Brush with remaining sauce.
7)
Continue broiling, turning and basting occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until juices run clear.
