Cheesy chili beef burritos casserole

Just one of those comforting dishes, great dish for people their like it hot, serve with a nice green salad

  • 340 g tomato sauce
  • 150 g Monterey Jack cheese, diced
  • 3 jalapeños , diced
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 tsp chili paste of your liking
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tortillas
  • 100 g shredded mozzarella
1) Pre-heat 200℃
In a non-stick pan heat oil and sauté the diced onion 4-5 min. add ground beef and brown till no longer pink, drain for excess water and fat . Add black beans, tomato sauce and 2 tbsp. chili paste. Turn down heat and let it simmer for 10 min. Take the pan off the heat and stir in diced monterey jack cheese and freshly diced jalapeños .
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place 2-3 tbsp. of meat in each tortilla and roll like a cigar, place them side by side in baking pan, sprinkle with mozzarella .
Bake in oven for 10 min. or till the the cheese have melted.
