Cheesy spinach & shrimp pasta

Must say, one of my best dishes, so creamy and cheesy, really easy to make, and great everyday dish - Yummy !

  • 250 grams spinach , cooked and drained
  • 250 grams bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, Shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 300-350 grams shrimps
  • ½ -1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
1) Pre-heat oven on 200℃
Cook pasta recording to the package and set aside.
Add the spinach on a no-stick frying pan, add a bit of water so it do stick to the bottom . Cook on medium heat and drain for water.
Stir in the garlic let it cook for ½ minute, stir in heavy cream and crumble the bouillon cube and let it dissolve.
Lower the heat and add ½ the cheese and let it melt while stirring .
Add the shrimp and let it simmer on low heat for 10 min or till shrimps are fully cooked, be careful that the cheese sauce do not burn.
Add the pasta and stir so the pasta is well covered of cheese/spinach sauce and transfer to a oven profe dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and cook in a pre-heated oven 200℃ for 8 minutes or til cheese is brown on the top. Season with salt and pepper after taste.
