Delicious and fusion, dish for the gourmet kind of people
4 serving
  • 4 chicken legs with backbone and skin
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour, Heaped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 80 g semi hard goat cheese, chopped
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 100 g shredded cheese of your choice, parmesan, white cheddar etc.
1) On a plate or bowl, mix together flour, salt and white pepper, dredge the chicken in flour and shake off the extra flower place in an other bowl or plate and cover with vita wrap. Let it chill for at least an hour in the fridge .

Meal while in a bowl mix together goat cheese, yogurt and freshly chopped thyme , add a pinch of salt and white pepper. Cover with vita wrap put it in the fridge until you have to use it.

Preheat oven on 175℃

Cook the chicken in a preheated oven in 40 min. Meanwhile divide the goat cheese mix into 4 equal portions and form small flat and round patties. After 40 min place the patties on top of each chicken piece and cook other 10 min or til the cheese have melted and the juices from the chicken is clear. Sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving with white rice and salad
