Chicken wings the skinny way

My absolute favourite go-to chicken wing recipe, because it not that sticky , and you can make a variety of dipping sauce.
4 servings

  • 2 kg chicken wings
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp monosodium glutamate, ( you can use ½ tbsp salt (or till your liking )
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

1) In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss chicken wings in flour mixture a few at a time. Shake off extra and place on baking sheet.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper for easy clean up.

Bake wings in preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 15-18 minutes per side.

Remove chicken wings from oven and place wings in serving bowl. Serv with your favourite dipping sauce
