Cowboy sandwich

Lunch today, November 20, 2015
So mouthwatering and so political incorrect, very greasy but so delicious. YUMMY !

  • 2 beef steaks, finely sliced
  • 2 egg, fried
  • butter
  • ½ onion, finely sliced
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices bacon
1) Cook bacon till crisp and golden, set aside on kitchen towel . Drain ½ the bacon grease from pan, and add 1tbsp butter.
Cook steaks in ½ bacon fat / tbsp melted butter till done till your liking. Set aside and keep warm in foil.
Toast each sandwich bread in the butter/bacon / steak fat , on both sides, for the slimmer version just toast them in the toaster. Make sure that is just enough butter on the pan till make the sandwich bread gold and crisp. Set a side
On another pan on low to medium heat fry the 2 eggs sunny side up.
Slice onion , jalapeño and beef thinly, layer onion , beef, jalapeños, Egg and bacon and top bread. YUMMY
