Creamy pasta ham casserole

Absolute delicious and creamy, mild in taste so great for the big family

  • 200 g whole wheat pasta, cooked
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 200 g mushrooms, Sliced
  • 500 g ham, diced
  • 250 g cauliflower florets, frosen
  • 100 g peas, frosen
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp flour
1) Pre-heat oven to 190℃
Cook pasta, and transfere to a big enough baking dish, set aside.
In a sauce pan cook bacon till crisp
Add ham, cook for 5 min. Add mushrooms cook for 5 min. - medium heat
Add cauliflower and peas, let them cook till there is water in the bottom, keep the water, turn down the heat to low.
Meanwhile whisk together whipping cream and flour, when smooth and with out lumps, pour over ham mix, turn off the heat and stir till everything is covered. Pour over pasta and mix so pasta is covered.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven for 10 min or till cheese have melted.
