Crispy golden chicken

Instead for chicken breast, Ill made it with chicken thighs, it make it more juicy and moist pieces. Serve with a delicious green salad

  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • ¾ cup cornflake crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
1) Place egg whites in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Dip chicken tenders in egg whites and coat with crumb mixture.
In a medium nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add half the tenders. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If needed, reduce heat to medium. Repeat with remaining tenders.
