Cutlets with salad



Dinner tonight, September 11, 2018
Delicious and fulfilling , diabetic friendly dish.
2 servings

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 1 bunch lovage
  • salt
  • CUTLET
  • 280 g ground pork and veal
  • salt and pepper
  • 15 g bread crumbs
  • 1⁄ 2 dl milk
  • 15 cold-pressed rapeseed oil
  • 15 g Butter
  • SALAT
  • 80 g green salad
  • 15 g hazelnut kernels
  • 15 g cranberries
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cold-pressed rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

Boil the potatoes and the lovage for 10-12 min. in the salt water . Take the pot off and let the potatoes rest in the water until they are tender. Drain potatoes and pick up the the lovage. Hold the potatoes hot in the pan under the lid.

Season meat with salt and pepper and divide the meat into 6 equal portions. Punch each serving into small patties , push them a little flat with your hand. Dip the meat in milk and then bread crumbs . Cook them in the rapeseed oil and butter for approx. 3 minutes until they are beautifully golden and crispy.

Rinse the salads thoroughly and mix them with hazelnuts and cranberries in a bowl. Whip vinegar and rapeseed together and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
