Delicious chicken skillet

I served it with homemade bread and butter and a tomato salad

  • Condensed cream of chicken soup - homemade
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper, grounded
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley
  • Skillet
  • 1 cups hot water
  • cup butter or margarine, melted
  • pkg. STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, (Kraft)
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 10 ¾ oz Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tsp. Sour Cream

Condensed cream of chicken soup - homemade:
Combine chicken broth and ½ cup of heavy cream, bring to a boil.

Mix seasonings with flower and whisk the rest of the heavy cream in to think and smooth.

Spoon by spoon mix in the flour in the chicken stock, whisk continuously so it don’t get burned for approx. 10 min. Set aside.

Stove top one-dish chicken skillet:
Mix water stuffing and butter in a bowl.

Cook chicken over medium heat , in a large skillet sprayed with cooking oil. 5 min on each side.

Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken

Top with stuffing and cover, cook over medium low heat for 10 min.
