Easy chicken asparagus casserole

Serve with white rice, what my husband prefers, I prefer biscuits so I served both
4 Servings

  • 1 package Knorr instant Asparagus soup
  • 6 dl Water
  • 4 dl Heavy Cream
  • 600 grams Pre-boil chicken, cubed in bite size
  • 330 grams Asparagus , can, drained or 300g fresh white asparagus
  • 150 grams Peas

1) Cube the pre-boils chicken and set aside

In a large sauce pan make the instant asparagus soup with 6 dl water and 4 dl heave cream , it should make one liter soup (if you can’t get Knorr’s you just have to find a creamy asparagus soup and prepare it accord to the package )

Let it simmer on low heat for 30min covered

After 30min add chicken and peas and asparagus, and let it simmer another 10-15min

Serve with withe rice or with biscuits or both
