Easy creamed potatoes

Easy mild potatoes dish, great to serve with any poultry, beef or pork dish. Very creamy and with a mild taste of nutmeg . The go to dish for any dinner party.

  • 4 raw baked potatoes
  • 2 cups heavy cream, (or more if needed )
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ground nutmeg
  • cooking spray
1) Preheat oven 200ºC
Peel potatoes and slice them thinly. Spay a baking dish, and lay one layer and spinkle with a bit of salt, pepper and found nutmeg, layer another lay of potatoes and continue, till all potatoes are used.
Pour over heavy cream just cover the top layer of potatoes, use more heavy cream if necessary
4) Cook in oven for 1 hour
