Easy crispy cornflake potatoes

Delicious dish, had some problem with the cornflaks stick, but it was nice anyway
6 servings
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes or 1 cup Rice Krispies
1) Pre heat oven to 400°F.
2) Cut potatoes into 4 wedges.
3) Dip them in the melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
4) Bake for 40 minutes.
