Edible 3 chocolate chip cookie dough

Ohhh ..... so sinful, but yet so good, and so easy to make. If you like cookie dough, this is defiantly for you
4 Servings

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

1) In a food processor , cream together butter and brown sugar,vanilla and salt, and mix well.

Add in flour. Here mixture is going to be crumbly at this point. Don’t worry

Add in 2 tbsp. of milk and mix. The cookie dough should be looking like you use to see it.

Fold in ½ cup mini chocolate chips, ½ cup milk chocolate chips and ½ cup white chocolate.

If you want it a bit harder - refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or just eat it at once.
