Egg & salmon breakfast sandwich

Got up a little late, there is noting better than a smoked salmon sandwich to kickstart your day
1 serving
  • 1 whole-grain roll
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
  • black pepper, freshly grated
1) Boil eggs till hard boiled, wait a couple of minute to let it cool, then slice.
Assamble sandwich: Add lettuce on bottom half, add salmon eggs and then tomatoes, add freshly grated black pepper and top with to half of the roll.
