Fennel salad


Side dish tonight, December 31, 2015
One of those salads you just go to, ridiculously easy to make and good with any meat , poultry or fish, summer and winter.
4 servings
  • 3 bulbs of fennel, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh tarragon, chopped
  • Salt and freshlly ground pepper
1) Slice fennel as thinly as possible, and transfere to a serving bowl.
2) Chop fresh tarragon and add to another bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice, salt and black pepper, Whisk together and pour over the fennel, Toss well so all the fennel is coated.
