French fries beef cheese

Make a quick lunch there is a hit for the kids and grownups. YUMMY !!

  • 2 lbs. pre-made french fries, still warm
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp beef stock
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Creme fraiche ( optional )

1) Pre-heat oven 200℃

Add beef to a hot frying pan and brown. When browned add stock and stir to blend, let it evaporate , take off heat and distribute over the french fries, add cheese on top and bake in oven to cheese is melted
