Fruit salad to die for

Dessert tonight, January 15, 2014
Easy to make when unannounced gust announced themselves for dinner, and it always a hit.
I do prefer to use a mix of canned fruits and fresh food.
8 - 10 Servings

  • 1 can Fruit cocktail, (850g)
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks, (567g)
  • 2 cans Mandarin, a (312g)
  • 250 ml Whipped Cream
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding

1) n a bowl with the fruit cocktail (incl. juices), sprinkle vanilla pudding powder over and mix well till totally dissolved .

Drain mandarins and pineapple from the juice, and add to the cocktail mix.

In another bowl whip the whipping cream and add it to the cocktail mix.

Cover and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Decorate it with sprinkles or fresh mint leaves .
