Gambas al ajillo


Dinner for 2 tonight, December 30, 2015
Delicious light dinner, sever with a lot of baguette and white wine
2 servings
  • 500 g tiger prawns/shrimps
  • 1 bunch of flat leafed parsley
  • 20 cloves of garlic approx.
  • 2 dl. olive oil
  • 25 g butter
1) Slice garlic thinly and chop parsley, set aside
2) Heat oil in pan or casserole, when hot, add sliced garlic
3) When the garlic starts to take a bit colour, add shrimps and parsley cook till the shrimps are done, serve immediately with a nice fresh baguette, so soak up all the garlic flavoured oil.
