Hot beef béchamel

Dinner tonight, September 9, 2015
Hot and creamy, really creamy delicious, bowl for dipping your nachos in, great comfort food
4 servings
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 500 g pre-made béchamel sauce
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili paste, (or more if you like it hot )
  • dash salt
  • dash fresh ground black pepper
1) In a skillet sauté onion and celery in a bit of oil until onion are soft, add the meat and brown
2) Add black beans and bechamel sauce and chili paste, stir and heat through over low heat
3) Serve with with your favourite nacho chips
