Leftover meatloaf burger with blue and swiss cheese

Fast and easy to make of the leftovers from yesterday meal. Really tasty and great for movie night
2 Servings

  • Leftover meatloaf
  • 8 slices Pickled jalapeno’s
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Dill pickles relish
  • 2 tbsp. Ketchup
  • Onion, cut in rings
  • 2 Burger buns

1) Preheat oven on 200℃

On a hot pan brown the left over meatloaf, do not over cook or it will get to dry

Making the burger: On the bottom bun, spread dill pickles, add 2 slices of swiss cheese, meat, blue cheese, onions, jalapeños, 2 slices of swiss cheese. Spread ketchup on the top bun and add on top.
The same goes for burger nr. 2.

Place burgers on baking sheets and transfer to the oven for 5-10 min. or till the cheese have melted.

Serve with chips, fries, or pork rinds .
My husbands dream meal.
