Nacho deluxe

Everybody know how easy this dish is, but this recipe just have the wow effect, a really big hit with every body. You might serve jalapeños on the side if you have kids.
4-6 Servings

  • 1 lbs. grounded beef
  • 8 fl.oz. tomato sauce with chili
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • black olives, after your liking, pitted
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar, shredded
  • 1 handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 handful pickled sliced jalapeños ( more if you like )
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • cheese dip, as much as you like
  • 250 g cheese tortilla chips
  • juice of ½ lime

Brown beef in a skillet.

Add tomato sauce, black beans and beef broth, let i cook 5 - 10 min on medium heat, or till water have evaporate

Meanwhile prepare bell peppers, onions, olives, avocado, jalapeños, spring onions, and parsley. - set aside

Add the Tortilla chips in a baking dish sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and spoon beef mixture on top.
Pour over the cheese dip ( as much as you like ).

Bake for 20 min on 175℃ in a pre-heated oven

Spread out the vegetable on top before serving and squeeze out the juice of a ½ lime.

Serve with red and green salsa, sour cream and guacamole
