Norway lobster sandwich

The absolute deluxe sandwich for picnic or just to spoil your loved ones
2 servings
  • ½ kg Norway Lobster, cooked and without shell of and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Cremefraiche
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tbsp. Frank's Red Hot chili sauce
  • Dash of salt, to taste
  • Dash of ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Sandwich rolls of you’re liking
  • Lettuce of you’re liking
1) In a bowl mix all ingredients (except Norway lobster) till combined
2) Fold in the Norway lobster so they don’t break
3) Sandwich: If you like you can add a bit of butter to the bottom ½ , so the lettuce stick to the bread. Add lettuce and then the Norway lobster
mix and top ½ roll . Enjoy
