Open cheese steak sandwich, my way

Have totally for got to think of dinner, so had to make something fast, and it turned out pretty good, and delicious, definitely going to make this again.

  • 230 g Mascarpone cheese
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • Whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 500 g Flank Steak, cut into slices

1) Cut onion and bell pepper into slices, and sauté in vegetable oil, and set aside

Fry the flank stake till done, set aside

In a casserole mix cream cheese, milk, Dijon mustard, pinch of salt, and butter, melt the cheese under low heat, Stirring so it don’t burn

On each slice of sandwich bread spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard , on the bottom slice add beef , drizzle with Worcestershire sauce , add onion - pepper mix, and pour over the milk-cream cheese mix, sprinkle with ground black pepper and top with top sandwich slice.
