Pork chops yum-yum

Go to the butcher and get some good pork chops, 1 hour is to much in the oven ( i think ) got a bit dry, so next time Ill give it 30-40 min. and it will be more juicy, the sauce is just awesome and will definitely great for the barbecue as well.

  • 2 -4 pork chops, 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • cup honey
  • cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • teaspoon garlic salt
1) Brown chops on both sides.

Place in greased casserole dish.
3)
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
4)
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one hour.
