Potatoes with ricotta cheese and cheddar

Good solid side dish for fish or any kind of white meat
4 servings
  • 500 g small potatoes, cooked and cut in ½
  • 2 dl heavy cream
  • salt
  • black pepper, ground
  • 100 g cheddar, shredded
  • 250 g ricotta cheese
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1) Pr-heat oven 170℃
Cook potatoes and cut them in ½ , transfeer to a greased baking pan
In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, 4 minced garlic cloves (depending how much garlic you like ), pinch of salt and pepper and heavy cream. Stir in cheddar .
Smooth out the mixture over the potatoes and let it bake for 40 min,
