Ravioli, peppers and bacon


Dinner tonight, September 13, 2016
One of my go to dish when I can't think of anything els for dinner. Creamy and fulfilling , great for everyday or for dinner guest.

  • 250 ml milk sauce, ( homemade or store bought )
  • 500 g fresh ravioli
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • fresh basil

1) In medium hot pan add bacon , bell pepper and garlic, cook until bacon is lightly brown. Add milk sauce and turn down the heat and let it simmer while cooking your fresh pasta.

When pasta is cooked, drain and ad to the pan with milk/bacon sauce, stir coarsely so all ravioli is covered . Serve with fresh basil for garnish.
