Ribeye steak with potatoes and sauce

Dinner tonight, May 21, 2014
Arriving at the summer cottage late, I just needed a fast and yet a good meal, Served with homemade bread and big green salad
2 Servings

  • 2 Ribeye steaks
  • Potatoes, boiled
  • Sauce, of your choice

1) Cook the potatoes in boiling water 20-30 min

2) Mix up a nice green salad and make the sauce of your choice

3) In a hot pan, cook the ribeye steaks 2 min on each side ( depending on the size )

Serve with a big green salad
