Spiced pork tenderloin

Reasonably fast to make, really great taste, instead of mashed potatoes I made mashed cauliflower , Yummy !!

  • 1 Pork loin, 2 cm slices
  • Oil for frying
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 diced onions
  • 50 g Chorizo sausages, diced
  • 3 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 2 dl vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ dl heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt (or after taste )

Cut the bread in 2 cm thick slices and brown them in the oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices and dice the onions , brown mushrooms and onions. Add the chorizo and celery, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add tomato sauce, broth and cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Taste with salt and server with mashed potatoes and coarse bread.
