Steak with anchovy butter


Dinner tonight, January 12, 2016
One of those things that make your steak so much better.
4 servings
  • 5 anchovy fillets
  • 75 g soften butter
  • 1 tsp french mustard ( sweet mustard )
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 4 steaks
1) Finely chop the anchovies
2) Beat the butter fluffy and stir in the anchovies, mustard and capers
3) Cover and let it chill in the fridge at least 15 min, before serving
4) Cook the steaks till your liking , serve with a ¼ of the butter on top
