Tuna and avocado sandwich

Easy tuna sandwich for lunch or picnics

  • 185 g Tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Capers, drained
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Whole wheat sandwich bread

1) Mix tuna, mayo, capers, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Half the avocado, and peal off the avocado skin and slice .

Layer bottom sandwich bread with avocado slices then tuna and top sandwich bread.
