Warm beef and ham skillet


Dinner tonight, January 23, 2017
One of my family's favourite dishes, so easy to make, and so easy to make, serve with hot sauce , HP sauce, Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
4 servings

  • 700 grams potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 300 grams ham, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 500 grams minced beef
  • 1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
  • 4 eggs
  • oil
  • parsley, for garnish

1) Dice potatoes, ham and onions, and fry in oil a frying pan with hige edges

On another skillet fry the beef until brown and crumbled.

Add beef, peas and carrots to potato mix , and stir to mix and heat

Fry eggs and put on top of beef/potato mix and garnish with parsley

SERVE WITH : Ketchup, Franks hot sauce ( or other chili sauce ) , HP sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Great for warm up in microwave the next day ( -egg )
